| Sesame Seed Appetizers
1 pound of large raw scallops 1 pound of large raw shrimp shrimp, peeled and deveined 3/4 cup of sherry 3/4 cup of pineapple juice 1/4 cup of melted butter or Margarine Sesame seeds

Fried Frozen Oysters
3/4 cup of fine cracker crumbs 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/4 teaspoon of pepper A dash of cayenne pepper, optional 1 pint of fresh select oysters, drained vegetable oil
Combine cracker crumbs, salt, and pepper. Roll oysters in crumbs. Place on a baking sheet, and freeze until firm. Store in plastic bags. Heat 1 inch of oil. Drop frozen oysters in hot oil and fry until golden brown; drain on paper towels. Serve with cocktail sauce.
Grilled Salmon with Mushroom Cream Sauce
6 whole fresh dill sprigs w/stems Salt and pepper to taste 1/4 stick of butter Fresh Lemon slices and dill sprigs for garnish 1/2 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice 4 salmon steaks, 3/4" thick about 7 ounces each Mushroom Cream Sauce
Lay dill sprigs in oiled wire basket and sprinkle with salt. Place salmon steaks on dill. Melt butter with lemon juice and brush salmon with half of the mixture, then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Close basket. Grill salmon steaks over medium hot fire for 8 minutes. Turn salmon and grill for additional 8 minutes or until steaks are firm. While salmon is grilling, make the sauce. Savory Grilled Green Beans
Pasta Alfredo
2 cups of asparagus, broccoli, or peas, cooked tender, optional 1 pkg of noodles or other pasta 1 pkg. of Good Seasons Italian Salad dressing mix 1/2 cup of cream of evaporated milk 1/4 cup of butter or margarine 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese 2 1/2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
Cook vegetables, if desired. Cook noodles. Combine sauce ingredients while noodles cook. See entire recipe
Cheesy Garlic Bread
1/2 cup of butter or margarine 1/2 teaspoon of garlic salt 1/3 cup of grated Parmesan cheese 1 tablespoon of minced chives 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper 1 pound loaf French Bread
Whip butter, blend in next 5 ingredients. Slice French bread. Butter both sides of each slice with mixture and place on grill. Toast on each side or wrap in foil and heat on grill. 8 - 10 servings
Frozen Peach Torte
2 cups of mashed peaches 1 cup of sugar 1 tablespoon of lemon juice 1 cup of heavy cream, whipped 1 cup of coarse macaroon crumbs
