Sugared Pecans

Sugared Pecans 1/3 cup of margarine 1/4 cup of sugar 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon of ginger 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg 1 pound of pecan halves Melt margarine, stir in sugar and spices. Mix well. Pour over nuts in large flat pan and mix to coat. Bake at 275ºF. for 30 minutes. Stir every 10 minutes. Store in a tight tin.
