| Two Cheese Dip
one 8 ounce package of blue cheese one 8 ounce package of cream cheese 1/2 cup of undiluted evaporated milk a dash of garlic salt 3/4 teaspoon of celery seed pimiento or green pepper, chopped
Combine cheeses, milk and seasonings, beat together until fluffy. Chill in refrigerator. To serve, pile dip in serving dishes and garnish with pimiento or green pepper. Makes 2 1/2 cups
