| Creamy Liverwurst Dip
8 ounces of liverwurst, coarsely chopped 1 cup of sour cream 2 tablespoons of minced red or green onion 1 tablespoon of chopped drained capers 1/4 cup of finely chopped water chestnuts 1/2 teaspoon of seasoned salt finely chopped parsley
Beat liverwurst, then add sour cream and beat until well blended. Add next 4 ingredients and blend well. Pour into serving dish and garnish edge with parsley. Chill until serving time. Serve with corn chips, potato chips or crackers. Makes 2 cups
